Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great central location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are on the smaller side but manageable for a short stay. The dining experience may not be the most varied, and there have been issues with staff overcharging. However, the convenience of the location and accessibility to nearby attractions are definite pluses.
My stay at the hotel was an overall great experience. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and super comfortable with 2 queen beds, a fridge, safe, storage space, and a good-sized bathroom. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Times Square, the Empire State Building, great food, and Broadway shows. The dining options could be improved, but the service was excellent with room service, dry cleaning, shops, laundry, and valet parking available.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of midtown with great views of the Empire State Building and outdoor space to enjoy city life quietly. The rooms are a bit small but well-insulated from street noise, and the complimentary daily water bottles and Starbucks coffee pods are a nice touch. The dining options are fabulous, charging accurately on the room bill, and the rooftop access is a plus for exploring New York.
The hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms were a little small for the four of us but nicely appointed with a view of the Empire State Building. The location was very central and walkable to many attractions, but it was lacking that true Hyatt feeling. The dining options were decent, but the coffee was a letdown.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were awesome, providing a nice touch, although a bit small for a group of four. The view of the Empire State Building was a great addition, but having only two big towels for four guests was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel offers views of the Empire State Building and a convenient location close to Penn Station, K TOWN, and Madison Square Garden. The room design was a bit boring and small for the price, but the outdoor space was a pleasant surprise. The dining options were good, matching the hotel's clean and modern facilities.
The hotel had reasonable and clean rooms, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. The check-in was smooth, and the room was big enough for Manhattan standards. However, the room finishes were not nicely done, and the room service was sporadic in its approach.
